The Associate Director is responsible for championing and developing a client centric approach across all client engagements.  They are responsible for the day to day oversight of projects, as well as line managing part of the US Client Service team.  The Associate Director is a hands-on manager, working very closely with members of the team to ensure maximum performance and team engagement, ensuring the team has everything they need to support the hyper-growth of the business
The Associate Director has their finger on the pulse of all projects and active client relationships within the region, providing expert guidance to their teams at both a strategic and granular level. As an expert in developing strong relationships, they will work well across all teams.
Their time is expertly balanced between ensuring all client are delighted, overseeing faultless project management and identifying future areas of improvements and innovations within the team.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Create a client centric culture within the team, ensuring the client’s best interest is at the heart of all decisions made
  • Expertly coach a busy team on delivering best in class account and stakeholder management across all accounts, no matter how big or small, working with the team on service improvement plans
  • As a senior member of the team, take ownership for key strategic accounts and able to lead project teams with a hands-on approach in sensitive or challenging situations
  • Oversee profitable project delivery across the team, ensuring processes are followed correctly and identifying any training or improvements required
  • Act as a point of escalation not just for the team, but also for both the client and other Mind Gym functions
  • Work closely with leaders and individuals in the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Lead an empowered, creative, and ‘can-do’ working environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and delighting clients
  • Lead and support the team on performance management, hiring, retention and workforce planning
  • Foster individual professional growth through development conversations and coaching with direct reports
