This key group is responsible for ensuring that the client gets everything they have bought and more. It is the intersection of all Mind Gym teams, clients and coaches and demands precision project management, complex logistical co-ordination and sensitive handling of a wide range of relationships.
The Client Services Director, America (CSD), will manage the Client Services function for our Americas business. This individual will serve as a thought partner to leaders on our Client (sales) and Creative teams, with the ultimate goal of delivering exemplary client management through these relationships. He/she will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.
The CSD will be integral in developing his/her team and set the bar for outstanding performance on all aspects of client service, both in project as well as relationship management. This will also include ensuring the team’s workflow processes are aligned to the key drivers of business performance.
The role is integral to the exponential growth of the business and gives the opportunity to build a client-centric team with a commercial perspective. An individual with a keen eye for taking projects to the next level through both internal stakeholder management and external client relationships will excel in this opportunity.
