The Marketing Team is the face and voice of Mind Gym. We are on a mission to build a global brand that’s as commonplace as Google or Ben and Jerry’s; with the reputation as challenging, forward-thinking pioneers in the world of human performance and learning. Core to our work is the tenet that every interaction must be stimulating, and every word supported by the science.

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Coordinator with remarkable energy and pace, to support the awareness of the Mind Gym brand, generating leads through a mix of thought-leading marketing initiatives that will grow business revenues.

You often work directly with the President, Chief Commercial Officer, and Sales Team to determine and deliver the North American marketing strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help coordinate our calendar of events made up of Mind Gym events, external events and Mind Gym webinars
  • Support the maintenance of Mind Gym website, which includes writing pieces of content
  • Facilitate regular updates to all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Serve as the point of contact for Pardot (marketing automation system) – setting up campaigns and monitoring leads
  • Contribute to day-to-day marketing tasks, including the development of promotional materials and participation in digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Manage inbound lead flow and general requests
  • Collaborate with Mind Gym’s internal creative team

About you:

  •  1-2 years exposure to a B2B marketing environment (desirable)
  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced or start-up type environment, ideally with web and digital expertise, with excellent copy writing/editing skills
  • Social Media Savvy, with familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SEO
  • A high performer – demonstrate quantifiable achievement
  • Self-starter, can-do, will-do – takes the lead and does not just execute instructions
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

If this sounds like something you’d be great at, we’d love to hear from you.
