Hearing what people say

By being a good listener in the office we can build stronger relationships and gain new ideas and inspiration.

Participants will:

  • Understand the four levels of listening and discover how to spot which one they are using at any particular moment
  • Experience listening to the explicit message as well as its implicit messages
  • Learn how to ask qualifying questions
  • Practise a number of techniques to train themselves to listen more effectively whatever the internal and external distractions
