Out of autopilot

Habits make up 45% of our daily choices. It's one of our mind's neatest tricks - why waste brain power considering how to brush our teeth when autopilot can take over? But when times of change hit, our habits need to change too. It's time to take back the controls.

Participants will:

  • Recognize their typical habits at work (and in daily life) and identify those they wish to make or break
  • Learn why we form habits and how they can be helpful, at first, before autopilot kicks in
  • Learn how the habit loop operates and discovered techniques and tactics to tackle each stage of the loop
  • Create a personal strategy for making or breaking the work habits they wish to be in control of, making them more change agile
