She'll lead our growth across the Americas region

16 January 2023

Following a decade of remarkable growth across the US, MindGym is delighted to have appointed Cindy Steagall as Executive Vice President, Americas. Formerly Vice President, Enterprise Sales & Account Management at Gartner, Cindy is an established industry leader, with nearly 20 years’ experience in guiding corporate clients successfully through organisational transformation.

The addition of Steagall will take MindGym’s Americas business from strength to strength, as the AIM-listed company continues to transform company culture performance and productivity with our world-class suite of science-backed products and tools.

Cindy said: “There has never been a more important time for companies to provide support for their employees' wellbeing, development, and organizational culture. I'm thrilled to be joining MindGym, which has broad and deep behavioural science expertise and a growing platform of services to help companies achieve all these things and more.”

With more than two decades’ expertise as a pioneer in behavioural science, MindGym is known world-wide for building the cultures, commitment and skills that retain and engage staff, maximise wellbeing, and drive business results.

Cindy’s pioneering spirit will help MindGym reach even greater heights, reinforcing its reputation as the go-to consultancy for gaining the edge in the workplace.

We’re delighted to have her join.”

Octavius Black CEO and co-founder of MindGym, said: “We’ve already had tremendous success supporting 59% of S&P 100 companies with many of their most pressing people challenges but this is just the start. I’m delighted that Cindy has joined MindGym to lead the US business in our next phase as we build a Behaviour Change Platform that will be powered by data and enable clients to grow engagement, build capability and transform productivity like never before. Cindy has a remarkable track record which combined with her integrity, commercial nous and followership is certain to bring far greater value to our clients and accelerate the growth of the US business.”
