Change and transformation

Challenge

Building belief

GSK was embarking on its most radical organisational transformation yet. It needed to build engagement and belief across the organisation, as well as an understanding of how the different change projects interlinked.

Solution

Mapping transformation

MindGym engaged with key stakeholders across the business to develop a visual dialogue mapping how the changes fitted together. This transformational map, along with supporting facilitation tools, helped managers to have meaningful conversations with their teams on what the transformation meant for them.

Results

Confidence in driving future business success

80% of session participants felt they knew what they needed to personally change in order to bring future success to the business.
