Why & how it started

MindGym started around a kitchen table in 2000 with a simple idea: If people go to the gym to train their bodies, why not have a gym for the mind? Backed by behavioural science that actually works, we created bite-sized, 90-minute learning experiences that help people think smarter, lead better and perform at their peak. Forget boring corporate training – MindGym makes learning engaging, personal and built for real-world impact.

How we've evolved

Our mission to change the way people think and behave at work at scale is working. We’ve helped 5 million people across 90 countries in 40 languages, partnering with half of the FTSE 100 and S&P 500 to get better results by tackling big challenges like performance, leadership and culture. Along the way, we’ve won awards, written books and shaped the future of work – all by turning behavioural science into real business impact.

Where we are heading

By 2028, MindGym will be the go-to name for talent leaders across EMEA and North America when they need to drive productivity and performance through their people. Our science-backed, unforgettable programmes will continue to set us apart – beloved by participants, scalable, effortless to buy and deliver and designed for measurable impact.
