Delivering change

The hardest part of change is the transition period and by managing people's reactions, we can deliver our change successfully.

Participants will:

  • Understand what convinces people to change (and why people resist)
  • Think through the different degrees of change that can take place
  • Consider what is involved in the transitional element of change (aka "crazy time")
  • Become familiar with different reactions to change and how to manage them
  • Construct a strategy to help deliver a specific change that they need to implement
