Precision coaching is laser focused on generating sustained behaviour change in as few as four 45-minute sessions.
It extends the learning far beyond the ‘classroom’. Coaching helps individuals to identify clear goals from complex challenges, build creative ways to achieve those goals, and it also equips them with science-backed techniques to overcome hurdles.
