About the Executive Development Program
Launched in 2022, the EDP is a multi-year initiative designed to equip Burberry leaders with the critical skills needed to thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape. Co-created with MindGym, the program blends immersive social learning, self-directed development, and evidence-based 1:1 coaching.

Since its launch, the EDP has delivered outstanding results, including a 39% increase in goal attainment capability and 85% of managers saying their direct report’s performance improved since completing the programme
This latest achievement builds on the programme’s global recognition at the 2023 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards, where it won Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring, further underscoring the significant impact of MindGym’s Performa platform.
