MindGym PLC has successfully completed the acquisition of 10x Psychology Limited’s intellectual property.

10x Psychology was founded by the late Professor Peter Saville, a renowned and greatly respected British psychologist who was highly acclaimed in the fields of psychometrics and talent management. 10x Psychology has been developing a differentiated suite of solutions that provide advanced psychometric science, data analytics, and machine learning to help businesses attract, retain, and develop the best employees.

Its market-leading assets include 10x Hire, which allows organisations to make the best possible hiring decisions, 10x Talent, which enables organisations to identify top talent quickly and objectively, 10x Predict, a predictive software that assesses workforce performance, and 10x Optimise, which enables discovery of key behaviours, strengths and motivations that drive performance.

This IP will be integrated into MindGym’s products and will enable the Company to deliver tailored experiences and personality profiles that will help leaders and their teams to make better decisions.

Octavius Black, CEO at MindGym, said; “Professor Peter Saville used the experience from his glittering career in psychology to build, arguably, the most robust personality diagnostic in the world. He was a pioneer in his field and we’re proud that MindGym has the opportunity to continue his ground-breaking work and align it with our own solutions to help companies be ready for tomorrow.”
